How It Works:
- Eligibility: Must be 21 or older to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
- Auction Timing: Starts at 6 AM on March 10, 2025, and ends at 12 PM noon on March 17, 2025.
- Bidding Process: Place bids online at www.radioauctionnwpa.com.
- Item Availability: Prices and availability may change without notice.
- Reserve Prices: Some items may have a minimum bid requirement or reserve.
- Notification: Highest bidder will be notified by email. If there is no response within 12 hours, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
- Finality of Bids: Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
- Payment: Certificates must be paid for within 24 hours, except for Buy Now items, which require immediate payment.
- Payment Methods: Pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- Item Pickup: Must pick up items within 5 business days after the auction at the 7 Mountains Media Meadville office in the Downtown Mall. The winning bidder must be the one to pick up the certificate and show their ID.
- Pickup Times: Starting Wednesday March 19th, our offices will be open for pickup of your item(s) certificate(s) from 10am to 4pm through Monday March 24th . For added convenience, we will be open Saturday March 22 nd from 9am till Noon at the 7 Mountains Meadville office location only. We will be closed on Sunday.
- Certificates: Certificates are to be exchanged at the local business(s) stated on the certificate; restrictions may apply.
- Background Check: Some items may require a background check. Background check and any processing fees will be at the winning bidder’s expense.
- Release Form: All Bidders need to sign a release form upon picking up items.
