The 5-Minute Rule

If any bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the timer automatically extends for another 5 minutes.

This extension continues until 5 full minutes pass with NO new bids placed. This ensures fair and competitive bidding for all participants.

Example: If auction ends at 2:30 PM but a bid comes in at 2:27 PM, the auction now ends at 2:35 PM. If another bid comes in at 2:33 PM, it extends to 2:38 PM. The process continues until 5 minutes pass with no bids.

When and where do I pick up my items?

Pickup is at 7 Mountains Media in Meadville, PA from March 18-23. Hours vary by day: Wed-Fri & Mon 10am-4pm, Sat 9am-12pm, Closed Sunday.

What do I need to bring to pickup?

Valid photo ID is required. You’ll also need to sign a release form (liability waiver). If you paid online, bring proof of payment.

Will some items require a background check?

Yes, certain items may require a background check. Any associated fees are the winner’s responsibility. Background checks are processed at the time of pickup.

What’s the difference between Auction Items and Buy Now Items?

Auction Items use proxy bidding with the 24-hour payment deadline and are subject to the 5-Minute Rule. Buy Now Items have a fixed price with immediate payment required. Both must be picked up within 5 business days.
